Power Source was the most competitive and had the most local resources for the Charlotte area. I was very impressed with their responsiveness and professionalism for the entire process. Scott, the owner, came to my house to give me the estimate and answered all my questions (and I had many of them), and the crew that handled the installation was top-notch. Very polite, neat, and professional. I am incredibly pleased with the entire process. I would highly recommend it. Power Source gave me the best price for the job out of all the other candidates.

Did a lot of research on the Generac whole home generator. Obtained several different quotes from both resellers and big box retailers. Power Source was the most competitive and had the most local resources for the Charlotte area. Was very impressed with their responsiveness and professionalism for the entire process. Scott, the owner, answered all my questions (and I had a lot of them), and the crew that handled the installation were top notch. Very polite, neat and professional. Extremely pleased with the entire process. Would highly recommend.

I’ve always had a great experience with PowerSource. Their up front quote for our Generac was the same price we ended up paying in the end, with no surprise extras. The installation was quick and painless. Their customer service in the years since has been fantastic. When we had an issue with a component of our system, they came out the same day to fix it. I would highly recommend using PowerSource for anyone considering a home generator.

Kenneth was very nice and very professional. I still have not received an invoice so I don’t even know what the cost was for the day when he came out but he said Generator look good. Everything was good so that makes me happy thank you PowerSource for watching my back regards, Gail DiBiase.

I’ve never been able to get anyone in an emergency or after hours at Power Source. Automated phone answers & tells you to leave a message. Mailbox is full so I Can’t leave message. When a maintenance service is scheduled they only give you the week, not the day. I have animals in yard & I don’t want anyone in my yard unless I’m there. They won’t call before they come either. After a reply from the owner, I would like to clarify that I was referring to my experience in the past with not being able to get in touch with anyone. The technician who came today did in fact text me when he arrived and we were a minute away from the house.he was and always is very polite and accommodating. I believe it may be helpful to revisit your scheduling for maintenance. Thank you.

This is an outstanding company which I have been doing business with for several years. In 2022, I contracted with PowerSource to install a large Generac back-up generator to power my entire house. The price was very competitive and the installation, which was complex, went smoothly and flawlessly. All materials and workmanship were of the highest quality and the project was completed ahead of schedule. Follow-up routine maintenance has been exceptional. I’ve found the owner, Scott Lockwood, to be very hands-on. He’s always accessible and responsive, and he makes sure things get done correctly and in a timely manner. I would give this company six stars if I could!

Really happy with the purchase of our new backup generator and the peace of mind that it brings. In fact we got to experience it going to work for us during a sudden multi-hour power outage yesterday. We had half a dozen companies come out and quote our project but Power Source was far and away the best.
