Carol herself picked up the phone and came out for the service 2 days later. Diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly (needed new GFCI). Professional & nice, clearly explained what she was doing and gave advice on preventing future problems. Overall excellent.

I highly recommend Carol’s Electric. Cliff & Alex were awesome and installed 3 recessed lights, light fixture, 3 dimmer switches and my microwave. They had everything done in record time and were professional and did an awesome job. I also feel the pricing was fair for the work done. I’ll be having them back to do some more lighting install for me. Susan D.

I called Carol’s electronics over a minor problem. They could have come out, charged me $200 and I’d have been fine. Instead the person on the phone explained what the problem probably was (ground switch tripped), told me how to fix it and I got it all done for free. These people are honest, highly recommend!!!!! EDIT – had them over to install a fan. Fast, reasonably priced work professionally done. On time, plus the lead electrician looks like Jason Momoa for those of you who like Jason Momoa. Still highly recommend!

We had a breaker that kept tripping, they came out and explained the space heater we were using in our newborns room was probably causing it, then left and sent me an invoice for $200. No tools or diagnostics needed. Had I known I was going to pay $200 for them to walk in the door and talk to me for a few minutes and then leave, I would have gone another route.
