We moved into our new home and we needed 2 new chandeliers wired and hung, as well as ceiling fans installed in each room! We hired M&J electric and they were prompt on arrival. Dave the head electrician was sure to take care of all the installations and was extremely friendly. There aren’t enough positives for me to say about this family run business and their knowledge and professionalism!

Travis is a very excellent employee, as I greated Travis I knew Instantly that he was a beautiful Brother in Christ and everything he did for Lisa and I made us feel so much better about the electrical issues we had have been fighting for years. He used his time very wisely for a young man, Travis has skills beyond the physical needs to trouble shoot and correct electrical issues with no problems. I will always recommend M&J Electric without hesitation. They have helped us out many times and Lisa and I ❤ all that belong to their business. I give them a 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ rating and for Travis the same 5☆☆☆☆☆ rating. After several of the jobs done for us by another service technician, he also receives another 5☆☆☆☆☆ rating. ZZ Easterling

They were subcontractors for our pool install. Jason hung up on me after I asked why his company can’t take accountability for not showing up to the job site for 6 weeks. I told him they kept passing the buck, and he hung up on me. When I called him back I asked if that was a mistake and his response was “no it wasn’t, I won’t sit here while you tell me my company takes no accountability”. He is disrespectful and they are a disorganized mess. Never showed up when they were supposed to.

I had a really BAD EXPERIENCE with them. One of the electrician JOSHUA GONZALEZ stole from my property. i would never ever recommend these thieves to anyone.. Highly disappointed..PLEASE ANYONE DONT HIRE THEM FOR ANY WORK!!!

Be Careful I fully expect the company to respond to this review, so I’m going to simply tell the truth here in the hopes that others might avoid what happened to me. I hired them to replace two security lights on the exterior of our house, and a ceiling fan in our kitchen. About a month after the repairs were done, we received a ton of rain for a couple of weeks. During this deluge, one of the lights stopped working. Concurrently, one of the electrical lines in our house stopped working, which resulted in losing power to important places in our home. I contacted M&J and explained that we had an emergency in the hopes that my patronage from the month before would be honored. It wasn’t. I was told that it would be a week before they could send anyone out to check our bad line. We didn’t have a week, so I contacted another company who came out the next day and repaired the line. While they were here, I asked them to check on the security light (which was independent of the faulty line in our home). That’s when I learned that the M & J electrician deployed to replace our security lights did not seal the lights. During the two weeks of rain, water entered the light’s housing, causing it to short out and ultimately rendering it inoperable. Because we needed the security light repaired and I had an electrician at my house, they did the repair directly. Afterward, I contacted M & J who I was hoping would reimburse me for the new light and the installation because it was their shoddy work that caused the failure. I was told by M & J that because a different electrician did the repair (of their work) that they would not honor their warranty and I should have called them. Of course I DID call them, with an emergency, but they didn’t have the time to fit me into their schedule. In the end, I had to pay double for a security light repair all because an M & J electrician failed to seal the outdoor security light the first time. And I don’t mean properly seal, I mean seal altogether. Something that the instructions were very clear about, and that any electrician with any experience would know to do with an outdoor electrical component. Be careful with this company.

Garbage company that improperly installed a gas water heater then refused to fix it after it failed inspection.
