John was knowledgeable about the electric Codes and helped me out by upgrading my outdated panel and brought power to my shop to run a welder. I am very satisfied with his work and I recommend Boatwright Electric Co to anyone.

I contacted Boatwright Electric Co and spoke to the owner by phone. I had an issue with wiring and installing multiple hardwired smoke alarms. He took the time to give me advice about how to fix it myself. After several attempts I called him back and requested a service call. He dropped what he busy doing and started my way. His professionalism was top notch. He will get all of my business. I will refer him to everyone that I know that needs electrical assistance.

John is fantastic. I had a room addition and the contractors electrician was not available. I needed the work done so the project was not delayed. John came and took care of the work quickly and at a great price. He was punctual and friendly.

John Boatwright came out to give a free estimate of work I needed done. He kept in touch by text letting me know when he would arrive and was on time. He arrived to do the work on time and with a helper. He had no issues with wearing a mask to do the inside work which I really appreciated. John replaced 4 switches inside and 4 light fixtures outside. One of those fixtures was a pole light and a new pole. They got right to work. The work was tidy and they cleaned up well. John is very personable. The price was fair. It took about 2 1/2 hours from beginning to end. I’m more than satisfied and would not hesitate to call on Boatwright Electric Co. again. December 2020

John was extremely professional, helpful and informative, and just a great guy all around. Was able to diagnose and fix the issue within minutes and went above and beyond while he and his son were here. Would highly recommend to anyone I know and will be my go to electrician in the future.

This company is fantastic! John knows exactly what he is doing. He was able to repair a broken connection between many receptacles and a closet light, while others could not! Price was very reasonable. John is the type of professional you hire to fix the problem or get the job done and never think twice about about it. That’s called peace of mind.

John & David did an excellent & thorough job, in solving a residential electrical issue that had perplexed several other contractors. While performing their tasks, expertly, they were both engaging & often hilarious. We very highly recommend this company both for their work & for their winning & engaging attitudes . A rarity indeed.

Great electrician!! Prompt and fairly priced. I’m a realtor with a top Charlotte Real Estate firm and John Boatwright was recommended by another realtor I trust. John’s completed two jobs for me personally and exceeded expectations both times. He came up with solutions for my older home and didn’t try to upsell me. Great job!
