I had Power Master come out to service my generator. Setting up the appointment was very easy as the staff was kind and knowledgeable. The service technician that came out was prompt, kind and efficient. I will be reaching out to them for all my needs in the future and would recommend to anyone.

Operator told me she would call me back the same day and didn’t. Also they wanted $150 just to come out and then $130 per hour, so minimum $300 after tax just to find out what’s going on. Luckily I found out it was just a burnt outlet 🫨
