The Tesla charger installation in my house was giving me some problems and I reach out to Briggs. Response time was immediate and they sent over an Electrician named Corey Who was very knowledgeable and courteous in his engagement. He diagnosed and fixed the problem within 15 minutes. He also check back in a couple of days to make sure that there were no issues
