I needed a 220 line placed for a washer and a plug for a dryer .The the guys were so professional polite great customer service. Educating me on how the lines work how to trouble shoot.,great Job.

I have used voice for anything and everything in my condo. From the time they answer the phone till the time the work is done every single persons are amazing. It is hard if not possible, to get good customer service and the live human being. I was supposed to have my Toilet looked at between nine and 11, they got here at exactly 915, letting me know they were on the way as well as letting me know when they were here. Right away he started being courteous and put on shoe coverings which I have never seen anybody take that extra step in a very long time. Long story short, my toilet had to be replaced. That was figured out within the first half hour and my options we’re getting to me within that time. I ended up having to get a new toilet, which I thought was going to take such a long time to get get job done. Went into his van at the time I decided what to do, and made the necessary calls. I almost passed out from shock because he literally finished the entire job within the two hours!! It was absolutely magic that came to reality. I can’t thank everybody enough, but the gentleman putting my toilet in above and beyond. I could never ask that of anybody, I could never find it, and I never expect it. Totally blown away and I can’t thank him enough. He made sure everything was set multiple times before he left. he cleaned up everything and it looks like he was never there. Another above and beyond moment. I would give him at least 10 stars out of five. Anybody looking for that kind of work to be done I would highly recommend him. The most important thing that he did for me was to put my mind at ease. no amount of money could ever do that. I am simply blown away and I wanted to make sure that not only they knew it but everyone could know it because of my story. Thank you everyone for your time and patience with me.

Aaron from Roy’s found the source of our leak, diagnosed the problem and then fixed the issue. Aaron was punctual and professional and my husband and I both appreciate his thoroughness in discussing our options. Aaron was thorough in his explanation but not condescending.
