my brand new furnace stopped working and they sent a service provider over to fix it. They did not provide an itemized receipt until after they charged my card. I was over charged (for “items under warranty”) and they will not call me back to square up with me. I feel taken advantage of.

We have been very pleased with their service and integrity. Unfortunately when we call this year for the air conditioner to be serviced they were booked up to September. We called the other company with the same last name. We were over priced.

Extremely professional serviceman who took time, explained some of the workings of the system to me for my benefit, and did an excellent job on the maintenance. the system seems to be working a bit better after his service call. Have used Betlem for many years at former residence and will continue to do so at this home. Always top-notch service.
