Service stinks. I was charged for two service calls for one job. The guy was out to my rental house one day and said he could do the job that day but decided to do it the next day. Therefore I was charged for two service charges. I have done business with them for 40 years and have spent thousands of dollars on my home and the rental house. I never had any problems with the previous owners. My hot water tank will have to be replaced shortly. You can believe they are not the one that is going to replace it nor will they ever replace anything else. So if you need any work done, I would advise you to have them do it the same day or pay for two service charges.

While I sincerely appreciate the speed at which Issac responds and works, I must say, I am quite upset with them as a whole. After battling an AC issue, I decided to have them replace the entire AC and Furnace system. For the price, I expected great work. The duct tape wasn’t tamped down. There was quite a mess left after they were gone. Their care for objects that needed to be moved was lack luster, and my AC drain line (brand new) has been leaking since the day of install. To top all of this off, I chose to use their finance option due to the terms as described by their sales member. I have since found out he was either misinformed or flat out lied to me. While this is not the end of the world for me, in my financial situation, I could easily see how this could / would cripple someone of substantially less income. As a whole, I am rather upset with them, and I will not recommend them in the future.

I have used Isaac Plumbing numerous times for many different problems at our home from when we bought it until now. They have installed our central air, furnace and water heater along with many other issues we have had especially with plumbing. All the service was done promptly and well to our satisfaction. This last appointment was with Nicholas who has been over multiply times for different issues. He was very professional, answered my questions and fixed the problem we had with our leaking tub.
