Air conditioning mini-split stopped working on July 2nd. Robison was able to send out a technician that day. Very knowledgable technician. Unfortunately I needed a new unit due to rodent damage, but Robison was able to quickly locate the unit and install it for me.

Phone representative stated there is no time limit to diagnose issue of HVAC. Worker came out to figure out what was wrong and had to call support to help diagnose. After 2 hrs he stated he could try to something to fix it. And it would be an additional charge on top of the 2 hrs of labor. I stated your 2 hrs of labor are diagnosing. Had to call the manager, manager tried billing me for 2 hrs labor for trying to diagnose the issue. The diagnosis fee was $210. Why would anyone pay extra labor on diagnoses fee. They’re a rip off

I was quoted $3,895 for a hot water heater replacement. In addition, I paid $200 non-refundable diagnostic fee which cannot be applied to the replacement cost. I already knew I need a new hot water heater before I called, but they still send someone just to tell me I need a replacement and charged the $200. I waste 2 days dealing with only ice cold water when it was 25F before I found someone to do the work the less than half the price. I used their services for over 7 years, not anymore.
