I am 100% honest on this review 4/10 at 1 A.M. we woke to a smoke detector going off in my home.. upon looking to see why we noticed our breaker panel was smoking.. we called 911 to find out that our panel was fried durning the lighting storm not sure of the technical words but it was scary and we were unsure of who to call..we hit Google of course and found Bonacci Electric.. first thing We’d morning explained the situation he offered to come to our home in the early afternoon to look at it.. he was able to come today which is 4/11 came and replaced the whole panel and upgraded it so with any luck this wouldn’t happen again.. and the professionalism of this company is top notch!! They actually pick up after themselves ladies you read that right.. they were taught correctly to pick up.. I was floored when I came home.. I knew I had to clean two day of fire dept national grid us walking in the house for a gladly with OCD I was floored.. so would I hire then again 1 million times over!! Thank you so much!! For getting us back in our home and having power again.

I called Marc at 8am and he was at our house before 5pm the same day to diagnose AND fix our electrical issue! Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. You’re always on your toes with who you have in your house doing work, but he made the process super comfortable. We will highly recommend to anyone and save his number in case of future needs!

They came in for an issue. Charged me $179 for doing nothing and told me I have to rewire the whole house. After he said he would send a quote. He did not. Month later I asked for the quote he said he sent it but did not. Then said he would again. When I finally received it, the quote was not broken down like he said it would be. Now I can’t trust him to pay a big lump sum. I heard they used to be great until someone else took it over now I feel ripped off.

I am a retired Superintendent of Construction (HVAC Controls). Know fine workmanship, when I see it. Very impressed with both recent jobs. Providing underground power to poll barn. Then more recently, base board heat with stat in Master Bath. Installed 3 outdoor LED lights on poll building. At 75 years of age, I needed someone else to do the work. Strongly recommend Marc Bonacci.

The positive reviews are NOT from Marc’s service and are from when the business was run by the father in law. There were two no calls/no shows (one time he was in Florida still) and several reschedules AFTER he was already late. On the day of, his guys showed up 2 hours late because “they went to the wrong address.” They left an hour in to go to lunch and lowes because they had come without the supplies needed for the job. I was still charged an entire day of work. The mess they left was horrific. It was winter so the wet shoes and the drywall dust created a nice paste over my floors and on my sons bedroom carpet which could have easily been moved to the side. They used MY hanging towel to cover my TV and if I hadn’t put plastic over my bed ahead of time, it would have been destroyed. Our walls are thin and they drilled through them twice. They didn’t bring a vacuum, broom, or any supply to clean with. When I asked, they offered to do it with my shop vac. There were wires, wire casings, and insulation left behind (including in the driveway where there were also cigarettes), and one switch they moved leaving the other wide open. I needed to remind Marc that he was suppose to come back for inspection and when he did weeks later, I explained what happened. He told me everything I wanted to hear and vowed to make it right. I asked that he switch one of the lights to a dimmer (which I thought was happening from the beginning) and told me he’d come install it himself. Weeks went by. He said he had to order it and was waiting. Months went by and when I reached out again, he said the part had just come in that week and he’d call with availability when he got back to the shop. The call never came. I hope this was isolated and that he is conducting business differently now, but I felt very taken advantage of and hope this helps others keep a tighter rope if they choose to go with him.

The main breaker in our panel went out due to a faulty service line. Bonacci Electric showed up and completed all the needed repairs quickly and efficiently, and we are back up and running! Definitely recommend!
