They came to aid promptly… I live in the City of Middletown and am permitted to hire an electrician from the City’s approved electrician list. I called several from the list, some didn’t answer their phones, or return my voice messages…😟 but I was heartbroken with the response I received from another company I was able to get a hold of… Jeff’s wife was my lifesaver…she answered my call (which was my second successful call from the list the City provided) and connected me with her husband immediately… We were able to arrange a visit for the next day, however, to my surprise, they were able to accommodate and provide my family with their services the same day… Marc came to the house and repaired the electrical problem we had. I am grateful and pleased with their service, attention, and consideration. Excellent service and great team 👏

I recently got a pool electric installation done by Spiro & Spiro Inc. The jos was done very professionally. Mark is at expert at what he does. Jeff is the person whom I was talking to since the beginning of the job and and let me just say… What a great costumer service from this Company! When we learned very quickly that electricity was something best left to the experts, Jeff was our first call–and our only call. We had planned to get bids from several electricians, but once we spoke with jeff we stopped searching. We just add it an extension to our property and required major electrical wirings, and light fixture Not only was he prompt, honest, and very courteous, he was also extremely professional. Jeff was very upfront with the project costs and time, and had everything done well ahead of what was promised. When looking for Electricians, contractors, or any type of technical assistance, there are several boxes one hopes to check off: Reliability Trustworthiness Communication Great reputation Reasonable pricing Skilled Friendly These are just some of the boxes one looks to check off and Spiro & Spiro checked all of them off and more. What I most appreciated from them is their communication. From day 1, the owner, Jeff went out of his way to understand our needs, keep us informed and consistently followed up with us, before, during and AFTER the job to ensure we were happy. Jeff also set us up with a great excavator, Matt, to get the job going! Mark, who came out to do the job, was equally communicative, informative and friendly, and he made sure we were aware of what was going on every step of the way.
