Jeff was able to come by for a repair same day (during their lunch hour) to fix our outdoor electrical outlet to our pool so we could get it back up and running. They were timely, reasonable, and easy to work with. Thank you!

I originally gave 5 stars but had to have them out 2 more times to fix faulty switches they installed and had to pay my home warranty service fee of $125 each time for them to fix their own error. I was told by Jeff that if I have another problem with his work, call him directly and he’ll take care of it. A couple months later, the “new” switch installed by them arched, popped and the light attached stopped working. I got no call back him. Another electrician showed me that the connection between the wire in the wall and the switch was not connected properly (Jeff’s work), causing the arch/burning. The arch has burned the wire in the wall too far for a new switch to be installed. Now i need to spend $500 to replace the wire in the wall to make my light work. I guess i should be thankful my house didn’t catch on fire. At least a call back would have been nice especially after giving them a 5 star review before. Original review: Jeff and son make a great team. They fixed multiple items quickly and efficiently. Some issues were missed by my home inspector prior to purchasing my home. Jeff made sure everything is safe and took care of a few extra annoying blinking lights too. Thanks Jeff!

Jeff was punctual, friendly and professional. I’d recommend Jeff on any future electrical issue. We recently moved from DC where everyone is close in distance and there are more contractors, so I’ve had bad experiences finding good help here due to distance needed to be driven or arriving well after agreed upon time. Jeff arrived on time from a distance away and was open to coming back for a follow-on job that required a taller ladder for a fair price.

Jeff fixed a tricky and involved electrical issue at our home. He was absolutely fantastic to work with! I was given an arrival time and Mr Moore arrived on time, in fact a few minutes early. He and his partner proceeded to install two combination ceiling fan/lights. When completed, he checked the installation to assure both were working correctly and then fully explained the operation of the fixtures for me.
