Scott Eldred took care of my new service from start to finish along with a pole install and new 200 amp service . All went smooth from the first day Gabby helped my setup the install to NYSEG giving me juice to the service . Thanks Paul I

Just had a gentle man Billy here. No power to the entire left side of the house. NYSEG was here before billy and they tested my meter and 240. Plenty of power just not making it into my house. No breakers tripped either. Billy assessed the box under the house, located a cap that covers a huge three prong plug. He replaced the cap and all power restored. I’m very thankful that they were able to get here quickly . I highly recommend Panko Electric. Thank you.

Extremely expensive for no reason what so ever. Part at Lowe’s were less then $50 bucks and I was charged almost $300 to change an outlet. Save your money!

They did the electrical work fine. But refused to give us a price until they billed us. They charged 200 for service charge and first hour and then 130 per hour after that for labor alone. 700+ just for changing a few outlets. I’m utterly disgusted with this company.

We had two jobs done by Panko. One was fixing an existing outside light fixture and the second was installing a lamppost. We would highly recommend Panko for any electrical needs. They have a very courteous office staff, electrician was prompt, efficient and reasonable. I have already given their name to several friends and they in turn have referred them to their friends. We are extremely happy with their service.

Excellent service. Helped make our new-to-us home exactly how we wanted. Installed outside electrical panel, additional outlets/lights in garage, and several upgrades within the house. Carl is very professional, on time, and a whiz at solving problems.

I contacted panko electric for a quote for electric and this was the response from Kelly panko. I understand and respect everyone’s approach to business but this one boggles my mind when we are trying to give them business. 🤔
