I would strongly advise against using Duffy Electric for any electrical services. Our experience with Brian Duffy was incredibly disappointing and frustrating. We initially hired Duffy Electric to conduct an electrical inspection and provide us with a certificate promptly. However, the entire process turned into a nightmare. Firstly, despite being promised a certificate within 2-3 days, we ended up waiting for over two weeks. When we finally received the certificate, it was incorrect and had to be redone, causing further delays and inconvenience on our part. To add insult to injury, we were grossly overcharged for the subpar service we received. Even after paying more than expected, we discovered a critical issue: our electricity wouldn’t turn on after Duffy Electric had supposedly completed their work and assured us everything was functioning correctly. When we brought this issue to Brian Duffy’s attention, he was not only unapologetic but also attempted to charge us again for additional service to fix the problem they had initially overlooked. This lack of accountability and professionalism is unacceptable, especially considering the significant inconvenience and safety concerns it caused. In my years of dealing with various electricians, I have never encountered such incompetence and disrespect for customers’ time and money. Duffy Electric has proven to be unreliable, unprofessional, and I regret ever hiring them. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for competent and trustworthy electrical services.

Both employees were great, they were very friendly and professional and got everything done very quickly and efficiently. They even noticed and issue with our hallway light and fixed that for us and noticed another problem that we will definitely be coming back to you guys to fix. They even offered to vacuum my brother’s carpet because it left a very small amount of dust on the carpet. I would definitely recommend you guys to other people and will be calling soon for a few more projects. Thank you!

I needed help with a new home purchase to find all the switches and turn off my outside lights. Ryan was great at hunting things down and explaining them. I had a broken timer, other lights were triggered by darkness and motion detectors. I will have them back soon with other issues on the drawing board.

These guys are knowledgeable,neat and flexible in their overall approach to the job( Installation of new Senor light above entry doorway-tech quickly returned to upgrade it when it didn’t work properly).

Quick and efficient in the installation of my fixture including replacing a defective switch. Great job and clean up. Will definitely use again.
