I have nothing but amazing things to say about this company. I was told I needed a panel upgrade (100AMP to a 200AMP) for other work I was planning to do—which was unexpected on my end. The initial company I called quoted me at least $6,000 for an 8-hour job (with a crew of 3-4 men) just for panel work. Working with a strict budget and limited time, I called Tom. Tom came out quickly and immediately gave me a quote far more reasonable. Within a couple of weeks, Todd and Tyler came back out and did the job within 6 hours. The company has their own bucket truck, which was a huge plus because other companies would’ve charged me a rental fee for one. The team worked around my garden and left absolutely no footprint behind. They also went out of the way to fix my front porch light. I’m very happy with the work and would recommend them to those who need an electrician. Overall very professional, prices were beyond reasonable, and the servicing was friendly and quick. Thank you all so much!

Called twice. Once to Tom the electrician and then Teal in the office. Emailed equipment faceplates for emergency a/c service and extensive sophisticated Weil-McLain high-eff WM-97 Boiler and on-demand Companion Water Heater. Boiler I could wait. 2nd heatwave and haven’t heard from them in almost a month. What if this is winter? Called factory and they are not authorized as they claim they are on Weil-McLain website. Not even a call to say we can never come, we’re sorry. Avoid entirely.

I needed extensive electrical work done, wires that were damaged from plumbing issues, that had to be replaced and one by one I was losing power from most of my outlets! Also needed additional circuits and a new outlet as I work from home! They did a great job! The price was what I expected as the work was extensive but always worth it when you have honest people doing an honest job! I won’t hesitate to call them again for any future work! You need honest professionals that know what they are doing! I highly recommend Lou’s Electric!! Price was fair and worth what had to be done!
