Called to get my furnace repaired.Instead of this company,Gold Medal came.Was told I have a gas leak and need a new system.The guy told me a new system will be $5000-10,000.Had him just cap the gas line.$340 just for that.Since he left all the stuff he took off,I had it reinstalled.NO GAS leak.This company is a con.I’m thinking about reporting gold medal to BBB. I had an another business give me an estimate and it was about $3000.

Hired TEAM after getting an astronomical quote from AJ Perri. Salesman talked a good game and was very friendly. Insisted on installing an AC unit that was the size required by the calculated square footage of the home. Here we are a couple summers in and still struggle to get the house below 78 on a summer day. Promised a new main water shutoff valve to the house with the $10,000 installation and was told at the completion of work that the “valve was the city’s property” and it was their problem. Spoke to the city and surprise….it wasn’t their responsibility. Finally TEAM came out and “added” not replaced the water main valve. But here I am still sweating in the house with a brand new system. Thanks for nothing. I could have maintained this atmosphere with ceiling fans and no AC.

My Attic fan was bad so I asked my neighbor who he used and he recommended Team Electric Plumbing and Air. John answered the phone and we made plans for him to come over in a couple of days. I have a very steep pitch roof on my house and John was in and out in one hour after diagnosing that it wasn’t the thermostat, but that the fan was burned out. The price was fair, but the service was very prompt and we’re enjoying our new attic fan.

If you need work done and don’t care about the price. . .this place is VERY overpriced. If you don’t care about a detailed invoice showing what parts were used and how much they cost. . .you won’t get one. If you don’t care that they tell you they need 30% down to do the work and then charge the whole amount instead. . .perfect because all of this is EXACTLY what happened. It is just like the movie quote, “You know how I can tell you are lying? It’s because your lips are moving”. I would not trust a word they say! I only wish it were possible to give 0 stars in a review.
