Unger Builders 8 years agoI know that typically you wait until the project is completed before you review someone, and I am only about past the mid point of my project, but Mark has been such a pleasure to work with that I could not wait much longer to get the word out there about what a fantastic contractor Mark Unger is. Mark has been so accomidating, so helpful with questions and advice, and even went beyond the scope of the project that we hired him for, just out of his own kindness, doing things like taking away bulk trash and materials for us that have nothing to do with our reno (even helping us by bringing a bunch of bags of leaves to the recycling center). He performs quality and professional workmanship, even patching up various imperfections and fixing mistakes or flat out nonsensical work from previous work done along the way, included as part of his own project to ensure that we end up with a quality end result that we will be happy with and won’t have to worry later about any “I wish this would have been addressed, or if only that was taken care of ” thoughts in the future. Aside from his great work, attention to detail and use of quality materials, and accommodations, another thing worth mentioning is his competitive pricing. We’ve received several quotes from contractors that came recommend. Not only was Mark’s estimate complete with all the work that we requested, unlike the others who left items out, but his was significantly less than the others we received. All in all, MARK UNGER IS AWESOME. I highly recommend him to anyone and everyone. He communicates with you in a very timely manner, responding within minutes if not seconds on most occassions, does quality work, works with you to meet deadlines, and accodidates your needs and requests. Five star all the way : )

Czacz Construction LLC 3 months agoI hired Andre earlier this year to redo my bathroom in my very old log cabin. As you know, they can be tricky and nothing is square. I definitely wanted someone who was local and would listen to me. He stuck to his quoted price and stuck to his quoted time time frame. The work is impeccable and I could not be happier. I highly recommend
