Both Hugo and Steve are assets to your company. Hugo was knowledgeable and pleasant. He knew his job. He asked what else they could do for us, since they had finished before our hour had expired. We will surely call Volt again.

Imagine it’s late Friday afternoon and half of your house lights are flickering and the other half have no power. What do you do, besides panic…call Jonathan at Pro Volt. Within the hour, Ben and Chris were at our door step and completed a comprehensive house inspection. After a few minor issues were corrected we were given instructions to call PSE&G because the problem was not inside the house. PSE&G was at our doorstep 30 minutes later and located issues at the utility pole. Within a few hours, everything was resolved and we felt safe again. Pro Volt provides knowledgeable and honest technicians and great customer service. Our go-to company.
