I don’t usually post reviews, but would like to warn others who could be a potential victim to this company. They installed a generator for us, we started having issue about a year later. I called the company and there was no response. But I was able to call Felix who was part of the install team and was there post install. He said the company is now bankrupt and there is nothing he could do for us. Part of our contract is for a 5 yr warranty of the unit, which no longer is honored. The install also took way too long and I can’t say it was of good workmanship. I regret using them.

Felix was thorough with regard to the jobs he did in my house. One of installations not mentioned on the list is hardwiring of baseboard heating units. From the beginning, Felix ensured that we had all the required permits prior to installing the 240v Car Charger. In addition, he setup another electrical panel in my garage for any future installation. With the setup of the electrical panel, he also installed two 10 ft baseboard heaters in my garage. All the inspections passed and everything is working as planned. I would highly recommend Felix to for any household electrical work.

They really did a nice installation. New panel that is very easy to change breakers or see a trip. Everything mounted nice and straight and all holes sealed up properly and neatly

Flex Electric installed a whole house generator for us. The lead time from deposit to installation was extremely long with many excuses. I would suggest that someone be present for the whole time workers are present. Be sure the company representative is present at all times, language was a definite issue The work was completed and passed the town inspection.

Contracted for a Generator and paid for a 5 year service agreement in full, and company just went out of business/no phone and no forwarding information. When I spoke to 2 former employees I found out the the owner just decided to not honor many contracts that he had taken very large deposits for. Company is a sham!

We requested to order generator and deposited about $5300. It was pending for more than 6 months. Suddenly company reported bankruptcy and couldn’t refund entire deposit back. Very disappointed at this company and regretted to check these false reviews before contacting! We do NOT recommend ‘Angi’ or online shopping for any contractors. Watch out.
