One of the best customer service in town staff and technicians are very polite and knowledgeable very professional extremely neat and clean they were prepared for everything they even had their own shoe covers (bootie) drop cloths disposable wipers and towels after completing the installation of the dishwasher they cleaned up after themselves highly recommended…

Extremely pleased with this service. Our heater went out and we had someone to our house the next day. They took the time to explain exactly what was going on and what parts they were going to replace. They did it quickly and with professionalism. We also felt the price was more than fair and honest. Highly recommend this company.

I was desperate when found a leak in our basement and called TGM, who were sending someone the very next day! Later at night I found out it was the dishwasher causing the issue, and though I dint call ahead of appointment, I informed the guys at the door , that it was our dishwasher. For someone who doesn’t do appliance, he could have informed me that and charged me for a show up or something. Instead they went ahead to “confirm” it was the right diagnosis , and charged me 160$, for something that I already know. I am out of 160$ with a broken dishwasher ! This seems very highly unprofessional, and taking advantage of a crisis situation of a customer ! I would not recommend them. Their customer service also did not care ! — Frustrated

TGM created a Transfer Switch at my residence to easily switch to backup power (with a connected gas generator) during blackouts. Alex and Jose did the work. These guys are true professionals: very respectful to me and to each other during their hours’ work together. Excellent work, then Alex explained how to use the system to my satisfaction, and both Jose and Alex cleaned up to a degree where I could possibly have done a white glove test. Our township clerk remarked that the town doesn’t have any problems with TGM. I now can see that. If I have future work, I will request Jose and Alex to do the work. Well done, gentlemen.

Tech did work that he did not report back to the business office. Removed coolant from one unit. I called to question it, office had no record of this. Heard a rattling later that day and discovered filter wasn’t fully seated in unit, cover for filter slot was left leaning against wall. Won’t be using TGM again

Extremely disappointed with this company. We needed to get our water heater repaired / replaced. The cost they charged was out of control – even our local realtor and neighbors told us we were taken advantage of. When we called to question the cost, they made up stories on how long it takes to drive from their office to our house … google maps is only 5 min ! Labor costs were over $500/hr. Then after all this, they tell us we need a permit for another $200. We had used them for over 25 years and my family even had them work on a commercial property, with a significant amount of work done. What a disappointment and will never recommend or use again.
