Cade phoned me to update me with his ETA. A polite, respectful, professional young man with a genuine warm smile. He actually listened to my issues, we replicated the issues so he could experience first hand what was happening. Two of the Siemens breakers were faulty and needed to be exchanged with the Eaton brand. He explained what was happening to me in non technical terms, so I could comprehend the issues. Cade answered all my questions to my satisfaction and the possible next steps that might have to be taken. If there are any more issues with the panel to call The Happy Outlet and be specific as to which breaker was experiencing problems, this will help the electrician expedite matters, thereby reducing the customer’s stress levels (mine). Since my favorite electrician Ryan Olson has moved on to other opportunities, I am going to request Cade as my electrician! I do not have any hesitation in recommending The Happy Outlet for anyone’s electrical needs, I have been with this company a little longer than five years. I only use them because they are upfront, honest, and professional. You can’t go wrong in joining their Happy Family!

Brett came to my house due to my outlets in my kitchen weren’t working. He assessed the issue and determined that my GFC needed to be replaced since the one I had was quite old. During the time that he was here he went over the issues with my breaker box. He explained that the breakers that I have are old and not up to code, he gave me the option to leave the existing breakers or have new ones installed. The new ones will be installed later this month. I highly recommend Brett for any service calls, he was very thorough, friendly and professional.
