Service tech got there at the very start of the time block I was given. He was awesome. He diagnosed the problem almost immediately and got the system back up and running. We don’t have many issues with our minisplit ductless system but when we do Jason always does a good job. He is very knowledgeable, thorough, and methodical. When he solves the problem we’ve never had a call back. He answers all our questions and educates us on our system.
