Would highly recommend. Our A/C wasn’t cooling right before a hot weekend and A1 had it repaired within a few short hours of contacting them. Ben Micek and Vince made the whole process incredibly simple and quick. Couldn’t have asked for better service.

My a/c died during one of the hottest weeks of the year so far. My outside unit was probably 40+ years old so Ben from sales came out and helped me select a new unit. A-1 was able to get to my house a day earlier than scheduled and the installer Sean went above and beyond getting the new unit up and running. It was 88 degrees in my house when he arrived so it wasn’t pleasant working conditions but he did an outstanding job getting everything installed and running! I’ve done business with A-1 in the past and I will continue to do business with them in the future!

Needed a condenser fan motor replaced. They sent someone to repair. After the individual couldn’t get it to work the guy looks at me and says I shouldn’t be here doing this I am the PM guy i am not a technician. I can’t fix it and someone should be here monday. After hours/emergency technician Kevin was awesome and has been as solid as possible. He was handed a mess and did the best he could his power. He found multiple contactors burnt up, fried control board so when the A/C was turned on the furnance would start, blown high pressure switch, etc. All this from the PM guy’s handy work. Long story short A-1 put alot of time, resources, money and effort into trying to fix the issue created by their PM guy doing a job he was not qualified to make it right. Review would have been a 5 star had a filter changer not tried to do a qualified HVAC service technicians job. We could have avoided this hell. In the end A1 did what they could to correct.

Ben Micek was fantastic to work with. He was transparent with all information, kind and professional. We were able to replace our AC and Heater within a week and his follow up after install was also very helpful. He is able to answer any questions and the install team was also great. All around great organization. I highly recommend A-1!

Sean and Paul were the best ! Competent and courteous . They covered the carpeted stairs and picked up any leftover debris. Highly recommend them.

Why I gave a 5-Star rating to A-1 United Heating, Air, & Electrical Co. Their service from office to installation was professional, prompt and very customer service oriented. This is the second system I’ve had installed over the years and they continue to strive to make the entire process easy to understand which leads to a satisfied decision by the customer. Special kudos to the technicians (Eric Pospisil, Vince Caulfield) and the System design specialist (Ben Micek) for their extra effort during the short holiday work week (4th July) to get my entire HVAC system replaced and running. A-1 United is well represented by these excellent employees. I will recommend this company every opportunity I have.
