I needed an electrician to troubleshoot a blown fuse on our solar inverter. Since he was not familiar with solar, he called a tech person after the fuse I had for him to use also blew. I was billed for 4 hours of ‘labor’ while he waited for over 2 hours on the phone at our home for the tech to answer and resolve the problem. I do not think this was fair labor practice and think I should at least get a discount.

Electrical work excellent’ absolutely did not clean up any of his mess, and when I mentioned to the lady at the company she was not receptive and zero I’m sorry!!

Their employees park in handicap spots to run personal errands on your time. Hmmm the owner denies that’s his car parked in a handicap parking spot. His also lier. If you zoom in the company name and phone number is on the side of the company owned vehicle. Re: my original comment had the picture the whole time. In no way was it perceived to be fake. You are liars and you have poor character you need to apologize for parking in a handicap spot.

called to set up home visit to run a 240 line. was told they were booked for 3 weeks. i said that was fine as there was no hurry. was told i would get a call the day before the electrician arrived. received a call stating they would arrive tommorrow oct 21 2022. we stayed home all day missing an appointment we had to sign paperwork at a bank. called about 1 pm. was told we were next on the electrians schedule. called at 4:30 as no one had arrived. was told it was too late and no one would be coming. very unprofessional way to run a business. just read the owners reply. if by waiting three weeks, then taking off work and waiting all day to never even receiving a phone call from anyone means im really not flexible. i guess my definition of flexibility is different from everybody elses. i guess being flexible means i must be willing and able to take any number of days off and take my chances that someone will show up the next time?

Our house had wiring that was done underground in 1974 and our neutral wire went bad after a bad storm causing all kinds of issues. Rodger did an amazing job of trouble shooting and rewiring and fixing everything in our house so that it worked again and got us up and running with record time. I appreciate what they did to us or for us so much and I am no longer afraid my rental will burn to tge ground. I highly recommend them and i will use tgem in the future. Thank you so much I give 5 stars all the way.

Our smoke detectors started bleeping and the reset didn’t work. Called Pete’s as they installed the electrical in our new build, to ask what can be done (not able to climb ladder to 10ft ceilings anymore). Inspite of their busy schedule, and a mundane request, they sent a man that very day to change out the batteries. So impressed with their kindness, would recommend to anyone.
