Needed an electrician to put up some lights. I called and they took my name and number said that someone would call me back. Ok no sweat. At close to noon the next day I got a call back. By this time I had found a different electrician, I wasn’t mad or upset just thought they’re so busy they must have looked over my number and missed it. But anyway Bulkley was professional and understood that I found an electrician before he could call me back. I have worked on jobs with them before, the electricians are top notch and good honest guys. If you need them they’ll give you an honest deal.

Bulkley Electric was a miracle today for me. I own the R-B Drive In (a fast-food restaurant) in Helena Montana. Last week during our Grand Reopening our electricity went out. I had 3 electricians come and try to fix the problem. One electrician gave me a $4000 bid and told me my whole system needed to be replaced. The second electrician gave me a $3000 bid and agreed with the first electrician. Electrician number 3 was a kind retired Electrician and replaces the breaker and got me running for about an hour. I emailed Bulkley electric on Sunday and the owner came out today and within an hour discovered it was a coil that had burned out and got me up and running. He said the replacement of the whole breaker box was unnecessary at this broke time of my life and that he would talk to the city and tell them we want to be proactive and eventually get a new breaker box. We planned for around the first part of April and his estimate came in under half of the lowest bid. Of course I told him to put this bid in writing which he said he will do to be more exact. Thanks Bulkley Electric for your knowledge and time you helped me to get back up and running again today. 🙏🏻

Wow what an experience! Best electrician in Helena hands down. We recently had a bad experience with a contractor and needed a second opinion. We contacted Bulkley electric to do an inspection. He came out right away and not only inspected all the wiring but decided it was such an easy fix it was at no charge! What an amazing experience. He took a very stressful situation and made it such a positive experience. Thank you Bulkey electric!

According to their advertising, “NO JOB TOO SMALL”. In the common vernacular we would call that a LIE. I contacted this business for a small electrical job, they said they would get back to me. Took my name and two contact numbers. NO REPLY. Not even the courtesy to (lie) tell me they could not do it. This is typical of Helena Montana businesses. HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. I’m stunned these places stay afloat. Perhaps they aren’t interested in growing their business. Perhaps they are happy with just getting by. They will definately be getting by without my dollars.
