Only receiving an estimate, the technician was a pleasure to work with. He was invested and gave me ever chance to explain what I needed. Also, offering up alternatives to my problem, which was informative and helpful. It was a wonderful experience. Professional, clean, and all-around great service.

I truly hate writing a negative review and hope this is/was a fluke for them. I purchased their all-inclusive package for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, Etc. based on their great reviews on Google. Unfortunately, nothing lived up to my expectations because no one ended up showing up when I had taken off two days of work for them to come out and do work. When I shared my concerns, I was met with, “Mam, I understand. Someone will call you back” (they never did). I was THEN told management was on vacation and nobody could get back to me until they returned and that no management would be available. Somebody eventually got back to me to schedule my electrical appointment on a Friday, but nobody showed up. I do hope they can remedy this poor service but I would STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT USING THEM.

Half of a transformer went out (yes, half), causing every other circuit in the house to go out. Since they all didn’t go out, I assumed I had a serious internal electrical problem. A service man came out immediately–6pm at night. Company coming the next day, so I couldn’t really wait. He was able to identify the problem in minutes. Said that over the last 15(?) years he had seen that maybe 10 times. Called Ameren and they fixed the problem before daybreak.

Mattco Electrical Services are very professional and offered quality work. The electricians are amazing and detail oriented. We used their services for re-modeling the lights and the results were incredible. We highly recommend them.

I had a great experience with Mattco Electrical Services. The phone communications were excellent. The technician who came out to perform the work was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. he came out on a rainy day, he did not mind doing what was necessary outside to diagnose and fix my issues. I strongly recommend him!

My sister had a minor electrical issue with some switches wiring at her home. The team from this place came out the very next morning and were very knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient. She was 100 % satisfied with their competent service and cannot hesitate to highly recommend. Kudos!!

These guys are very reliable.I called them to get a quote and they were able to send out a technician to my home the same day I called. He was very professional, clean and knowledgeable.He did an excellent job and I was impressed. I would definitely recommend them.

Just incredible! Very responsive, knowledgeable and reasonable. Provided options and pros and cons for decisions on all the work he has done for us. It is hard to find companies that are dependable, respectful and knowledgeable and show up, and you get it all with them. Jose at Mattco Electrical Services is just awesome!

Mattco Electrical Services does a quality job. They are not into the quick and dirty type of service. We were impressed with the time that Mattco Electrical Services took to discuss what we needed and prepare an estimate; the quality work they did and assurance that the work complied with county building codes.
