We could not be happier with the job Winkler Renovations has done on several renovation projects in our house. The first project included a complete renovation of our first floor which included opening up walls to create a better flow through the living space , gutting and redoing the first floor bath, gutting and redoing the kitchen and dining area along with adding a walk-in pantry and mud room “nook”. Our most recent project was gutting and redoing our master bathroom and adding an additional walk-in closet along with gutting and redoing our hallway bathroom. Charlie Winkler and his crew are great to work with and their work is top quality and beautiful. Charlie met with my husband and I several times before the project to make sure we were all on the same page with our project. During the project, Charlie was on-site almost daily to check on the progress of each project. He was very easy to communicate with and kept us updated each step of the way. Charlie’s crew of workmen did great work, were respectful of our house and cleaned up each afternoon before they left. Pricing for each project was reasonable and on-point for the quality of work we received – “you get what you pay for.” If you are looking for a company that does Excellent work, done by Excellent contractors/sub-contractors, at an Excellent price hire Winkler Renovations!

We did a high-end finished-wall and floor garage addition/workout space with Terra Nova Builds, and we are so pleased with our experience from start to finish. From the initial estimate meeting for the project to the finishing touches at the end of the project, we had the best experience. Shawn was the absolute most communicative project manager ever. His weekly emails that outlined what had been done the week before, what was planned for the upcoming week, as well as what was pending were so helpful in making us feel in the loop and understanding the progress. There was never any frustration when there were gaps between sub-contractors because we were always “in the know” regarding the schedule due to Shawn’s excellent communication. If we had questions, Shawn responded immediately and was ALWAYS available to have a quick chat when needed. The sub-contractors they chose were all of great quality and did great work! Barrett did a wonderful job keeping the job site clean EVERY day. All of our neighbors commented on how clean they kept the work site. We are so happy with our garage addition. I would say the cost was as expected and any budget changes were well-communicated and discussed and agreed upon. The quality of the addition is sure to add value to our home, and we are so pleased with the space.

We lost the contractor who was set to stain our fence last minute so I contacted Spotwood to see if they could help. They had someone out within the week! They did a great job, were very respectful, and left the job site spotless.

Rubicon did a full renovation on my home. It was done timely, professionally for a very reasonable price. I’ve also worked with them as a realtor selling many of their homes. (Both new construction and rehabs). Time and time again, inspectors, buyers and agents always are impressed with the level of quality in each of their homes. Highly recommend.

Kitchen and Bath Design supplied cabinets for our entire home remodel. The staff they have is very kind and knowledgeable. the product they sell is great quality and a great price. They have a great showroom to get different ideas for the space you are creating. I would highly recommend this company for any of your cabinet needs.
