Home of the $306 smoke detector and the $465 co detector. Asked for a quote for 2 flood lights to be installed, 2 outlets and repower the 2 outlets in the garage. Instead gave me a whole home inspection then gave 3 options 1 to fix everything 26k(included 6 detectors and 2 co detctors) Option 2 fix part of ix minus the detectors and a coupe things 16k Option 3 the work that I only asked for 6k I wasn’t home I was at work while my gf was at home working. The tech did not want to read what the prices were but continued to sell as financing until i got on the phone and asked what the price was. Is this a joke? I’m not going to say stay away but get yourself multiple estimates before you overpay. I have another electrician that quoted all the work to be done at my house for what they did for 10k I was looking at Options and by far will this not be an option for my family and I!

This company follows their ads. When they show up they will ask to see your electrical panel. Beware! Next, they tell you you have old, outdated breakers. Before you know it, they will come up with a $200-$300 repair that is not needed I will never use this company again. Steve Goss

Called them in morning for emergency service we have gone two days with electric issues no AC with 4 kids , the lady who answered the phone was nice and reassured me that someone would be out to our house in the afternoon between 2-4pm .. 4pm comes and I call asking for an update something told me to call A.B May electricity before calling for an update and what do you know you the another lady placed me on a brief hold and then told me that the technician left for the day for a family emergency which I totally understand life happens.. then proceeded to tell me we can book for you for Friday lol I said nope it’s okay because I booked another company. The lack of communication with customers isn’t the best and a simple phone call or text message would been nice ..

Called on a Sunday for emergency services at 6am. I was told an electrician would be out by 8-10am. I called back at 10:30 to be told “they don’t come out on Sundays unless you pay a $299 dispatch fee” well if you would have told me that 4 hrs ago I would have moved on. Expletives expletives expletives. Thanks for nothing. Don’t go here!

Company wants a $300 non refundable deposit, up front, without providing even an estimate of a technicians arrival time. I asked if the $300 would be applied to the repair cost and was told no. Hard pass!
