We manage over 100 properties in Columbia and have done over 200 renovations. Used most other electricians in town, with mixed experience. Pinnacle is our choice due to a very responsive office staff, they come out, bid quickly, and are efficient with their work. Their pricing is competitive but what we like the most is the attention to detail, and their desire to make sure we are happy before closing the job. Jed, their foreman who does bids is direct, good at estimating. Their office lady answers emails usually in an hour or so. We stick with them because they’re honestly just better than the rest.

We used Pinnacle for a project in our house and could not be happier with the result. Jed and Trey were not only super nice guys but were timely and did a perfect job. And their price seemed more than fair. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend them!

I’ve worked with Pinnacle Electric solutions on multiple projects now. From home remodels, additions, inspection repair, and even adding 240v circuits outdoor infrared heaters. Jed, Kyle and their team have been responsive and have provided quality work over and over again. Most importantly, their best quality is that they stand by their work. If/when an issue comes up, they will fix it. That’s a hard quality to find in many contractors now-a-days. I highly recommend Pinnacle Electric Solutions.

We used Pinnacle Electric for a rehab on a rental unit in Columbia. This is our third rehab on an older home and we’ve used a couple different companies prior to finding Pinnacle. What a breath of fresh air to find them! They are reliable 👏🏻, transparent about pricing and timing of projects, responsive, and competitively priced. If something was a little off, the owner made sure it was taken care of immediately. I cannot recommend them enough and know who we will be using from here on out… for both personal and commercial needs. So happy to have Pinnacle here in Columbia!

I had an EV charger installed. The crew communicated with me a lot to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. They were very knowledgeable on code requirements and made sure we stayed compliant. Part of the cable run required them to move shelving in the garage; they moved it out and put it all back so well that I didn’t know it had been moved. The singular drywall patch was very well disguised. They’re definitely a “measure twice, cut once” kind of organization. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and I’m incredibly thankful. I’d work with them again in a heartbeat.
