I am giving this company a 1 because after them sending an electrician to our house and us being told we would get a call back with an estimate, we did not hear back. After several weeks we called back and were told that we would hear from them within the week. That was July and we never heard back from them. I would have appreciated being told at the outset that they did not want to provide services for our needs.

I scheduled with Doleac to be at my house on October 3rd. They were to be here mid morning. No showed or called. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Very unprofessional. I have been without air for over a week due to an electrical problem. When I called to see where they were, said it was that I could not have service from them until after the 3rd. This was not true! The AC man and I both talked to people there and was told they would be here today mid morning.

The front desk person was extremely rude. The repair job was good but I would recommend that they get a person with better customer service skills to manage incoming calls. I have never experienced this lack of professionalism when requesting to have a call back and to this day I have not received a call from the repair person about what exactly was wrong.

Perry Doleac Electrical Services was very responsive. I received my quote and install in the time they promised. I am very happy with the end result. Now my parking lot and building are lit well making it safer for my customers and employees.
