Stafford was there for me same day when a ceiling fan fell from the ceiling the day my tenants were moving into the property. They came out quickly, took care of the problem and cleaned up before my tenants arrived. Thanks for the fast help.

Great job! Professional installation of ductless AC on both units of duplex. Cools immediately and is quiet. Worked with me on electric so a new panel did not have to be installed on outside of house!

Having three separate things to address for electrical and ductwork can be difficult to coordinate. Stafford had three people out to our house arriving within minutes of each other, and the work was wrapped up in two hours. And as usual the result is high quality. We’ve had Stafford out many times over the years to do work in our 1951 south Mpls home and it always goes well. Anyone who has lived in this old a house knows how tricky it can be to work in them and we’ve been happy every time.
