Calvin and Charlie swung by shortly after my call and did a great and job installing an Arc Fault Outlet in my basement. I was billed for less than an hour of work as they were efficient. I called a couple other local electricians, and they expected the job to cost significantly more than what Bavolak turned around.

Never returned my call. Now they continue to send me bills despite the fact they never set foot in my house.

I used Bavolak for some needed repairs before selling my home. First off, they were only one out of about 10 electricians I contacted that returned my call. Brian arrived early, was super professional and friendly. Even with some hiccups, Brian, was positive, and had a great sense of humor. I like that it’s a small company, more customer service oriented than the “big guys”. Highly recommend

Used them for an AC disconnect job and they charged 3x the quoted price without any notice before beginning the work. Took months of emails for them to respond. Do not recommend
