Was recommended from a neighbor to use Schwickerts for my vent cleaning. To say the least, I am not happy with the quality of service or price for what I received. First off, the techs left multiple vents loose after reinstall, the patch job on the furnace for the hole cut is rediculous. Multiple ducts left with out plugs in the holes. Furnace cover was left off and not re installed. Step ladder left behind. My laundry machine got filled with debris from them trying to retreive their phone they dropped down a vent. Quoted 700, paid over 900 when said and done which is completely outragous for the quality of service. Was told I would get a call in the next couple days to get a bid on a new furnace and ac, which never happened.

Don’t use schwickerts. They’re TERRRRRIBLE! Their sales/tech people will quote you one thing and then they’ll bill you something different. I called the tech person out immediately he goes “take it up with my boss. I was just jerkin you around.” I said to the district manager, ZANE, on the phone “if charging me an extra $20 than what your tech quoted me is more important than making your customers happy then go for it. I will speak badly of your company if you’re truly going to argue over $20” and he said “yep. Your price is XXXX, the price i billed you for” if $20 is that important to a company, I’d never want to use them

Total waste of money. Had a water leak in the area around my garage heater (should say still have) and they came out inspected and “repaired” the problem, however I subsequently got water in through the same area and now I have damaged expensive electrical equipment as a result. Charged me even though the problem was not fixed. Sure, I got a follow up call, but it was for the bill. Would not recommend for any residential roof water leaks; inspection or repair.
