TC Construction 3 months agoTC Construction built the home we just purchased. It was built in 2017. What we didn’t notice until living here for few weeks was the INSANE amount of creaking in the floors. You can here a footstep in one room – everywhere in the house. We just made contact with TC and are waiting to see how they approach the issue. I am hoping for good service. I am giving 3 stars because no WAY should a 7 year old home sound like a creaking pirate ship in every room. If TC can give us some support and fix the issues with the construction, ill update my review. Lets see how this goes… Disappointing level of quality and with every creak i become more and more frustrated. Stay tuned… *** Update ****. Received a call back and learned that the house is “out of warranty” and as a second owner we are stuck with what is wrong with the house. Astonishingly they told us “the house is older” (it is 7 years old) as though we should be expecting the floor to be audibly creaking in every room after 7 years!?!? ONLY if the build is substandard would a house have these issues after 7 years. What’s more shocking is that they specifically said “we have the homeowners sign something that says we are not responsible for creaking floors”. !!! Red Flag !!! If they specifically call out that issue, they are familiar with the complaint, sounds like anticipating a problem likely to arise from shoddy craftsmanship, unlikely to hold up. If they cut corners on the subfloor i can only imagine what we are headed for in the future. Do not buy a TC Construction home, unless you want to inherit problems down the road. Buyer beware.

Ocel Builders a year agoI just had my bathroom remodel done. Erick and his helper Richard did an amazing job!! They went above and beyond what I ever expected. They repainted the walls, put tile behind my toilet because there was trim there that the previous owners put in that was too short, put a rubber stopper on the wall so the tub door didn’t wreck my walls. I would use them anytime for any remodel in my home. Can’t thank them enough!

M and J Services LLC a month agoA few years ago M&J services replaced our old deck and did a great job. We enjoyed working with David and his crew so when we were wanting to remodel our bathroom we talked to David about it. He listened to our plans and his crew did excellent work. We are very pleased with their work and our bill. We highly recommend this company.

Jackson Construction a year agoTom did a shower remodel. Tom’s workmanship is top notch. He delivers exactly what he promises. He was on time every day and the project completed on time. Good, honest contractors are difficult to find. Strong work ethic. Tom did his own clean up. We did not have to clean up after him. We will call him again for any needs we may have in the future. We miss his whistling.
