Boesch Electric put in our boiler over a year ago – we didn’t get a choice on who to use for this as Minnesota Energy’s service plus plan already assigned it to Boesch. I went 2 weeks with out heat during the coldest month of 2023 – waiting for them to get the right boiler in. Once the job was finished I called Jeff MULTIPLE TIMES to speak to him about billing and a payment plan and he never returned my calls (so I assumed Minnesota Energy covered the entire bill, I should stop assuming things and should be been better at checking). Forward to 1 year – I receive a bill for almost 3,000… I call Jeff again to speak to him about why the bill took so long, pricing and to set up a payment plan and guess how long I have waited.. going on 3 weeks.. Do your selves a favor and advocate for yourselves if you have MN Energy Service plan and demand that Day Plumbing do your work. If I could give Boesch Electric 0 stars I would!
