Jeff was very friendly, very professional and very nice. The bad news — my AC needs to be replaced. Jeff already scheduled someone to come today to give me a quote. I’ll get quotes from other local companies too. I live on monthly social security checks so the cheapest bid gets my business. (:-)… So – Jeff had Dale come (same day) and he was also very friendly and professional and very nice! He gave me pricing information and I checked with other local companies on pricing and available dates. Dean’s actually had an opening for the next day. Pricing competitive. Other companies were booking in August! Some of the companies companies cost more than Dean’s. YIKES! We have a heatwave in the 90s predicted in the next few days. I can’t wait until August. SO I went with Dean’s, and the next day Anthony (very professional and pleasant) installed my new air conditioner!!! I called with a concern on the outside placement of the new AC — they sent someone that next morning. Steve came and resolved my concerns. As expected … he was also very professional and friendly. I say all of the Dean’s workers were friendly because they all took time to pet my 13 year-old dog throughout their work day in my home… and treated me with respect and understanding. I had lots of questions for each of them. They were all patient with me — a senior citizen — and didn’t talk down to me. Again – Service Excellence by Jeff, Dale, Anthony, and Steve. My leaking 17-year-old AC was taken away and my house cooled with my newly installed Amana AC! Thank You Dean’s (:-)

I am old so I remember what good customer service was like. To say I was impressed and pleased by the service I got from Dean’s is an understatement. From the time I placed my emergency call on a Saturday morning, to the technician inspecting the air conditioner and then following up with me at 10 o’clock that night my experience just kept getting better and better. Not only did a real person answer the phone at 7 am but all three follow up calls were from the most polite and helpful ladies I have encountered in years. When Cody the technician called me and said he had received an emergency call and was coming from his home at least half an hour away I was thankful for his follow through. The reassurance he gave me confirmed that I had called the right company. Cody went above and beyond by negotiating a better price without me asking!!! His calling me at 10 pm that night was totally unexpected but appreciated. Dean’s entire staff took efficiency, timeliness, courtesy, and professionalism mixed with compassion and understanding to a new level. They should always be your FIRST call for help. It will be the last call you need to make!!

I’ve used Dean’s 2 time in the last 3 months. Edward cleared our drains and Brandon did an hvac check up for us. Both men were very professional and personable. At the end of the day you get what you pay for…Pay me now or pay me later the old saying goes.

We had a clogging issue with the floor drain in the mechanical room. Called Deans Plumbing Service, Josh arrived, he was very polite, professional, and very knowledgeable on what to do. Josh had that drain cleared, also offered advice to completely clean the drain pipe out. I would refer Josh and Deans plumbing service to anyone who needs help. Thank you Josh
