Michaels Landscaping & Lawn a year agoThis lawn company is actually contracted by my neighbor. When they were doing the edging in late MAY a pebble flew up and broke my window on my door off of my driveway. I called the owner after I obtained his contact information a week later. He made excuses saying there’s no way it could have happened, etc. Essentially calling me a liar. I have pictures and provided those to him along with the bill for the replacement glass for the door but he is extremely unprofessional and belligerent so I have sought legal counsel to attempt to collect from him. The sad thing is that I am a single mom and he is a bully. Do not trust this man with your business!!!! UPDATE: Finally the owner responded to my review from 2 years ago. His sequence of events are NOT what happened. My lawn service was NOT the same day his service came out. Tried to blame my young child for the damage and everything in between. Fortunately my neighbor no longer uses his company. They still are my neighbors and I never was compensated for the damages. Just do the right thing!! That’s why companies have insurance. Sorry, not sorry for calling him out.

He answered his phone quickly & was professional & easy to work with. He went over & above what my expectations were at a vacant house I was selling. He squeezed in that job for me, because I was in a bind. He cut & edged & cleaned up the entire lot before the realtor & prospective buyers arrived, which resulted in me selling the house that day. I refer him often & will continue to do so & use his services.
