He was very professional, knowledgeable and straight to the point of outline my repair opinions. Highly recommend. Dalian Matti was great with new A/C Installation. Comfort Zone Heating & Cooling in Royal Oak, Mi is an exceptional company to do business with. Their pricing is very competitive considering they sell top of the line Trane HVAC equipment. I am involved in the renovation of an old bungalow which has had many setbacks along the way. Frank, the owner of Comfort Zone, was empathetic to the obstacles I had been encountering and offered his company to provide assistance with some of the work I needed done that they were qualified to do but not in their normal scope of work. In addition to installing a complete HVAC system, two new air supply ducts and a new water heater, Frank helped coordinate the electrical work for a new electrical service, interior lighting panel and power for a new basement sump pump. The quality of all the work performed was exceptional which is really hard to come by nowadays. Frank is a compassionate person and a U.S. Army veteran. He actually cares about his customers as individuals not as just business transactions. He treats his employees with respect and it shows in how they interact with the customer. It’s not often I give a 5 star review for anything or anyone but Comfort Zone Heating and Cooling is truly a 5 star company.

Comfort Zone was the most professional and skilled HVAC and electrical company I have ever worked with . Their team installed a new Trane furnace and air conditioner . They entire experience was first class and I would highly recommend them to anyone .

We had an issue and a friend recommended we call Comfort Zone based on their recent experience. We called mid afternoon and got an immediate response. A few hours later Frank was at our home and he was a pleasure to deal with. Frank was friendly, honest, and very helpful providing advice based on his experience. He quickly fixed our issue and we were back up and running. I would recommend Comfort Zone and their team to anyone.

Shady company. Took a deposit from a good, honest friend of mine and because he found someone with a better offer to do the service, before Comfort Zone Heating and Cooling did any work, the company refused to refund his deposit. That is pathetic. Must be desperate for the funds.

Called Comfort Zone today and was able to get same day service. Frank came out and he was fast, efficient and a very knowledgeable HVAC technician. This company always answers their calls and very responsive to the customer’s needs. I highly recommend Comfort Zone Heating and Cooling. I’m having a bad experience with Comfort Zone, and I want to give you a cautionary heads up. I had Frank come out to diagnose a problem, I decided to replace my AC, and gave him a deposit of $460. Then I found another company that pointed out some things Frank hadn’t told me, and put together a better offer. I cancelled my instal and asked for my deposit back – minus the cost of the service call of course. They have refused, and are being very shady and evasive about why. It does say on the invoice that it’s non-refundable. But I didn’t get that invoice until AFTER I’d already given a deposit and he didn’t mention it when I handed him my credit card. Shaaaaaady. So if you put down a deposit, use a method with which you can stop payment if you need to. I’m still trying to get my money back. Thornton and Grooms did a great job BTW, I recommend them.
