on Thurs July 8th i lost power to a portion of my house so i called Lakeshore Electric. I talk to the gentleman on the phone he said he was out to lunch and would call me back later to schedule a appointment but he never returned my call. I called him the next morning and he apologized and we set up a appointment for July 19th at 8:30 in the morning. He asked me to text my address to his phone so he would have to get directions. July 19th came and he never showed never tried to reach out to reschedule or anything. I find this very unprofessional and would not recommend them to anyone.

Just had a quote done on upgrading my electric service. Mike was extremely professional, and was very informative. The bid price was very reasonable, and I am definitely comfortable moving ahead on this project using Lakeshore Electric.. Now, If only Consumers Energy were as prompt as they are….

I would not recommend them at all. I had them help install AC and they are not very secure with your credit card information. I requested to pay by card and then didn’t have their machine on them so I gave them a call later to try and give it to them. Couldn’t get a hold of them to process the card. So they texted me asking me to send them the card information, I told them I would rather not do that. Eventually I did get them on the phone to give them the information and a few minutes later I receive a text with all my credit card information including my credit card number, expiration date and security code and my zip code was requested via text as well. I now will be reaching out to my bank to request a new card since this one has been compromised.
