Great dependable service and problem solving. Have used them for past five years ( upgrade electrical box, wiring for kitchen lights, hot tub and air conditioning wiring) and very pleased with work done. Reasonable quotes, good communication and excellent problem solving and work.

Long time project. Basically bought a duplex in the city with two meters rented a few years. As my family grew I decided to convert the house back to single family status and live in the whole house. City of Jackson requirements for change of use can be tough and this was the main thing to be done one power meter. I called and emailed 15 plus companies and they were the only ones that responded and kept in contact. Qoute was very reasonable and the day of the job they were on it took most of the day as it was a huge project but at the end of the day my kids and I were very happy. Thanks Bruton electric

I had them come out because AC was tripping the circuit breaker. Of course the breaker wouldn’t trip while they were here. He said to call the office when it happened and he would come back. I did as he asked and was then informed that they couldn’t come back out until next week due to a larger job than mine. I hung up.

Responding to my message on their website, Alanna Cook emailed to get my phone and address so she could contact me ‘to schedule an appointment.’ Two business days later, no phone call. Maybe it was because in my info email to her I said I only do business with companies whose technicians are on time.
