Kevin L. From Howell. This is my second Google review of Custom Electric Service. The recent storms caused a tree limb to fall on the power line that goes to our house and bent the mast that the power lines go to. This exact same thing happened to us about 6 years ago. On both occasions, Steve and Jason came out and resolved the problem in less than 24 hours. I really can’t say enough good things about this company. Both Steve and Jason were very professional and worked together to replace the damaged mast. I highly recommend their services, they are a great company to work with. Thank you Steve and Jason!!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the service received. I had a long list of small items that needed to be done, as well as installing an outlet, repairing bad wiring, ground wire installation, outside motion light and more. Jesse was a hard worker, knew what he was doing and cleaned up after he was done working. The value of service was great for the affordability factor. I would not hesitate to refer this company out and/or use them again in the future. Excellent.

We didn’t have power due and these guys responded right away. Diagnosing the problem and fixing right away. Defiantly recommend using them and will defiantly use them again for bigger projects.

Terrific company! We had a large tree limb fall on our power line during a recent wind storm which ripped out the mast from our roof and ripped the electric meter off the wall. I called Custom Electric Service at approximately 5:00PM, They returned my call by 5:30PM and had someone at my house the next morning at 7:30AM, all repairs were completed just a few hours later. They cut the tree limb off of our power line, replaced the mast and replaced the meter box. The price was very reasonable, the response time from when I originally called was fast (less than 24 hours to complete repairs from time I called). The crew that came out were very professional, great to to work with and did a great job. Bottom line, I will use this company again and highly recommend that you call them for your electrical needs.
