I usually do not comment on service people or companies, but I was very upset with Matt and Addario Inc. about their sales tactics. I felt very pressured to sign during our appointment even though I told him I wanted to get a few quotes before I made a decision. I felt Matt was very arrogant and he got defensive a couple of times during our meeting with some of my questions/comments to the point that I tried to stop asking questions because I felt he was getting upset. He talked about 2 main products, that both seemed appropriate, and the prices seemed reasonable and somewhat on par with other quotes I have received from other companies. I told him I wanted to review the products and he indicated he would call back in about 10 days. We both agreed to this time frame. About 10 days after our meeting, I got a call from Matt. He wanted to know how things are going and if I made a decision. I informed him that I never received a quote. He indicated that they don’t give out quotes? But if I had asked for information, he would have sent some. This is the first time I have had someone come to my home about a product and not leave me with some information in hand or a follow up email within the next day or so. I am not saying this is a bad company, but I think they need to be upfront with the people they try to sell products to. They need to let people know they don’t give out quotes and they will not leave or send you any information unless you ask for it directly. Not crazy about the sales tactics but I should have know based on how the appointment was set up with all decisions makers needing to be present. I will not be purchasing any products or services from this company.

Matthew is phenomenal!! He is the first guy you’re going to meet to talk to you about your installation! There is no pressure, he is very relaxed and wants the client to have the best experience! I would hands-down recommend Addarios to everybody I know! Family owned business, and core values are spectacular! I want to tell the owner of the business how amazing Matthew is! I recommend Addarios to everyone!!

Chris, from Addario’s Services, and his co-worker came to our home this morning to install a new faucet fixture in the bathroom; along with an attachment for the hand held shower head and a safety bar for the shower stall. They had to re-pipe the sink and attach it properly to the wall. They worked very carefully and efficiently, doing an excellent job.
