Eddie and Steve did a great job replacing a bathroom fan for us. Several other electricians turned down the job for being too small or gave no reason at all. Eddie responded to my messages promptly, gave thoughtful advice on which replacement would be best, and was able to fit us in for a last minute appointment when our travel plans unexpectedly changed. They worked fast and charged a fair price.

I have worked with ER-electric in the Boston area twice now. Both times his work has been excellent which is important enough. The second aspect of my interaction with him has been though the communication about the work in advance, his letting me know when he would arrive and, as he works, how the problem is being solved and any changes. And that has been excellent as well.

Eddie is heavily favored within CHARLESGATE Property Management. He just did another amazing job in one of our lobby. His enthusiasm, responsiveness, and proactive communication is hard to find. His work is excellent. It is hard to find great customer service AND service. But we find this in Eddie. Explains his 5 perfect stars!
