Our homeowner’s association hired W.R. Flater to rehabilitate a quarter mile of fencing. It was a complicated job in that there were many stakeholders along the fence, and the fence condition varied from ‘not good’, to ‘falling down’. John Brill was the gentleman we dealt with from the very start and he exceeded all of our expectations. His knowledge and helpfulness were excellent and he guided us through the project from start to finish. The results were excellent and we are all well-pleased. They also built a beautiful patio for one of our homeowners. Bravo to W.R. Flater.

reached out to get my roof fixed. They came out, told me it would not be a problem, told me I would receive the verbal quote in writing and would get on the schedule for 3 weeks out. Never heard from them again. I called a few times, emailed, and finally hunted down my rep. He assured me that he would get the quote out and I was still on the 3-week window from the day we met. Again – never heard from them again, called/emailed/texted. nothing. Unfortunate because they seemed to be buttoned up and personable.

Wow, pleasantly surprised! This was the first time we used this company, and I must say, they did an outstanding job on the most difficult and worrisome project–moving fixers around in the bathroom. Not only was the finished work outstanding, they did an outstanding job in dealing with the surprises/major problems they encountered during the process–problems that were in part due to our extremely old (1960’s) home. What a relief it was to see how professional these guys were and how they were able to resolve the issues without putting us in debt–as any other company might have done. I know materials and this kind of work is extremely expensive these days. However, I believe this company tries their best to give an honest quote the first time around. You know when you meet the lead contractor, Ryan, that he is professional and conscientious. We have a lot more work that we’ll need done in the next year or so, and I’m sure we’ll come right back to Paragon Contracting. The pictures show the wall they knocked out between our very small bathroom and closet to move the toilet from between the shower and vanity to the other side of the vanity (the closet space). This required that they remove all the flooring and move the toilet pipes under the floor. The second two pictures show the details of the finished bathroom. The forth picture shows how they fixed the now smaller closest and closed up the wall. The last picture shows the new closet they added to the other side of our sunroom to encompass our 2nd refrigerator. Just amazing! Everything looks like it had always been there! They also fixed cracks in the ceiling, other imperfections, and painted the entire sunroom. We love our sunroom even more now, and we now love our bathroom which we hated before. But okay, enough said. This is just a great company, and we recommend you give them a try.
