Last minute cancellation. This company contacted me after I put in a request with Angie’s List. An appointment was set a week in advance and it was cancelled the same day, hours before the appointment. I was told the electrician was sick. It was for a quote only. I wish they had sent someone in this person’s place instead of cancelling and wasting my Monday.

Wilcox upgraded my electrical system coming into my house. Excellent!! I need more work done, contact other contractors for a quote. Wasted time. My first thought was Wilcox, hired them again, I could have gotten someone a little cheaper. Spider senses kicked in. A few hundred dollars, and I know and trust Mr. Wilcox, and Mrs. Wilcox is really a smart Young Lady. His crew of electricians are very knowledgeable and very professional. They will definitely get my next project!!

We used Wilcox Electric to install an outlet behind our brand new stove. Steve did a superb job! He was very professional, maintained a positive attitude and even installed the anti-tip brackets. We highly recommend their services!

This crew was amazing! Super professional, friendly, knowledgeable, punctual, you name it. Nick and Nick Naggy did a phenomenal job rewiring my main panel and installing two switched outdoor outlets (as well as cleaning up miscellaneous problems left by the previous home owner.

I discovered on a Friday morning that our fussy, fancy digital switch for remotely controlling our water heater had finally malfunctioned beyond hope. Desperate to restore our hot water before the weekend, we called Wilcox and got an immediate (and sympathetic) response. Within just a couple of hours, an electrician arrived to disconnect the digital gizmo and restart the water heater. Hooray! He will return with a new switch for easily turning the water heater off when we’re away on long trips, and he will also replace our smoke detectors, which he noticed are about 30 years old. Thank you, Wilcox, for taking good care of us!

David and Daniel were amazing! They were on time, professional, knowledgeable, and quick. Out of the 5+ companies I reached out to, this was the only one to send me a quote and actually show up to visit the property. They also were very flexible, working around my schedule, and they came in cheaper than estimated.
