This company installed our generac a couple of years ago. excellent service. I thought they would have to rip up our driveway to install the generator (farther away from the house). They had this underground missle thing which left no damage to the property. We had a great experience from the beginning to the end of the installation and we are now going to use them for maintaince service. I recommended them to a few neighbors as well. This was one of the most positive experiences we have ever encountered working with a company! I highly recommend them.

I recently bought a house that has a Generac generator and there was a Boyland Electric sticker on the generator so I gave them a call to do a service and to figure out why the generator was shut down. It turned out that my contractor had not reset the generator after he turned off the propane to the house because of a leak. When the generator tried to do its weekly 10 minute run, there was no propane so it turned itself off. David, the Boyland Electric service technician, thoroughly explained how the generator worked, what the various switches did, how to measure the voltage output, and what was covered in a maintenance contract. He even cleaned the entire outside and inside of the generator. I was so impressed by his friendliness, willingness to answer my questions, and professionalism that I signed a service contract on the spot. I just wish the previous owners had a service contract rather than calling for service only when needed. The generator would be in even better shape if they had.

Boyland Electric is outstanding. I met with 5 companies while shopping for a generator. Boyland was by far the best. Everyone from their owner to their office workers to their field technicians are knowledgeable, personable, friendly and professional. I recently called them to fix a problem with our basement lighting. Again, prompt, polite and professional. Problem quicly resolved AND the technician fixed a couple outlets that he noticed were in bad shape. Boyland is the best for generators and general electrical work.

Naum. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Boyland Electric. They are very responsive and keep my generator well maintained. It is also should be noted that the Office’s stuff is easy reachable and responsive. The entire Boyland Electric team was easy to work with and responsive to the questions about products. First Experience = Great Experience Hats off to Boyland Electric and their routine visit which turned into a full educational session on our generator at our new house. Tech took the time to answer all of my questions and even teach me how the actual system worked. Immediately signed up for their yearly service plan. A+++

Boyland responded quickly when I asked to continue service with the Generac backup generator that was already installed in the house I moved into. The previous owner had this installed in 2013 and said that it’s been a lifesaver more than once. I am excited to activate the agreement and rest easy knowing that our power is secured.

I highly recommend Boyland electric. I had an issue with my generator and Boyland came out quickly. Jake on their team was honest, polite and professional. The team found my issue, which was small, and fixed it quickly. They also explained how I can extend my warranty for 10 year, bumper to bumper. I plan on using them moving forward for my annual maintenance plan.

Very pleasant customer service. We just moved in & our property has a generator. We didn’t have to search though papers to find who to contact. Boyland sent a maintenance & inspection agreement with all the information & reasonable prices. We are waiting for their arrival for spring/summer maintenance. Everything was made very easy.
