Service upgrade: nice new load center and service drop for our older house. Easy to schedule, communication was top notch, as was the work itself. Best graphics in town, too! These things matter.

We hired Lumen Brothers to wire my garage workshop along with several other pieces of work for our house. They did a great job and we’re totally satisfied with their work. Josh did the initial walkthrough, estimate, scheduling, and the work itself. He answered all of our questions and provided guidance where necessary, including going into some basics of home wiring for us as new homeowners. He was polite, informative, patient, and highly competent. Highly recommend these guys; we’ll be calling them next time we need electrical work.

I’ll be happy to hire Lumen Brothers for my electrical work and refer them far and wide. They just completed a whole house remediation of my electrical system. This was a big job that took two weeks. Doug at Lumen Brothers worked with me throughout the entire process, setting up the timeline and finding other contractors to do the ancillary work such as plastering and painting. Lumen Brothers provided regular update photos and walkthrough videos to make sure I was engaged in any decisions that needed to be made along the way. My family is overjoyed with the results. Lumen Brothers were absolutely wonderful to work with! We recently bought a house in Hagerstown with “historic wiring” and Doug did a great job making sure things were brought up to modern standards of safety, as well as providing us with a budget for a total re-wiring in a few years.
