My late husband, Shawn Watson,and I worked for Amteck for years. When he passed away Amteck was there for me. It’s been since 2015 since I last worked for them but my appreciation for Amteck will always make me smile.

One of the worst places I have ever worked in my 10 years of doing the trade a lot of people will tell you they are journeyman electricians but cannot read a tape measure or even do a simple lighting layout along with that a lot of the people that they hire just come from Craigslist they give them no aptitude tests and this company plays completely with seniority of who has been at the company longer so if you are a journeyman be expecting to have your Apprentice tell you what to do and when you go to report something to HR they will blow you off on top of that if you decide to quit or leave don’t be expecting to get your full pay this company definitely is a fly by night and I would be surprised as open 5 years from now

Don’t believe them. Hired as the delivery driver and told me they had to let the last one go. Didn’t mention they had 1 delivery truck and 2 other delivery drivers. You will be splitting your runs with at least 1 driver , go out of town maybe 30 times a year. The rest of your time is spent in a non climate controlled ex tobacco warehouse with a partial dirt floor. 2 old forklifts and under constant surveillance. And if your a go getter or over acheiver they could care less, no pat on the back from this bunch.
