We actually had a pretty bad experience with a few other HVAC companies with our 2-year-old unit. David worked tirelessly for 5+ hours trying to figure out our heating issue up to the point where it started pouring rain outside. Came back the next time and had the wiring issue figured out. Needless to say, I will be using Kinser and Kinser moving forward due to David’s work ethic in making sure my issue was resolved as quickly as he could. I really appreciate good service especially since it hard to find these days.

Called Dec 1, in need of plumber to replace my water pressure regulator, easy fix but advised would be at least a month. Disappointed I had to find another plumber. June 2023; I called this morning about 9 a.m., carpet in bathroom had damp spots near commode. They advised of pricing up front and could have someone here about noon. Tim and Hunter arrived at noon, looked at issue and advised the seal around the commode had shifted, would need replacing. They were complete by 12:30! Tim was very professional and courteous, will always recommend Kinser & Kinser. Their techs have in the past done work in my home and have always been professional and efficient.

I had quite the issue and I was getting quotes from different companies. Tim came out and surveyed the issue. He was honest is the day is long. Very genuine guy. No sales pressure at all. In fact, my issue was very odd (think logistics) and he honestly advised he wouldn’t be able to help me. He could have misled me and charged me and gotten nowhere, but he was upfront and honest. That goes a long way.

I had them to come check my heat pump .They said it was to warm to check it didn’t even check the coolant guy were very nice but instead of canceling the appointment I was charged $ 150.00 for a service call and nothing was done that had to be paid then and there

Kinser installed a new system for me. They came went right to work protecting my floors, even the pictures on the walls. It is an attic unit and when they were finished out everything back could not even tell they has been there except I had a new heating and cooling system. Then about one month later, I got the electric bill. Now I can tell I have an energy efficient system I have had a few problems with my Trane system, not with Kinser, it is a manufacture problem. HOWEVER i will say Jeremy and John handled all of the problems. They are Great. Kinser & Kinser is the BEST

Bad experience. They came out and didn’t have the equipment nor the knowhow to clean my ducts. They were supposed to come our a week later and do an air quality test and they didn’t show up or call. 👎👎 …

We had same day service! We just had our first experience with Kinser & Kinser this morning, and it was fantastic! We previously had a home warranty, and other companies dispatched to our home (NOT Kinser & Kinser) left us with some issues. Gabe came to our house, was very polite and kindly explained to me what was going on with our system, and his plan to address the problem. He was friendly with our dog, patient and kind to our babies, and they were buddies by the time he left today! Can’t thank him enough and will definitely be calling them when we need anything in the future.
